Returns Policy

At Hatton Garden Diamond, we are immensely proud of our workshop and the quality of the stunning diamond jewellery that comes out of it. Our wide range of jewellery, including engagement rings crafted using ethically sourced or lab grown diamonds, are loved by customers from around the world.

However, if you are not 100% happy with what you have ordered please read the following;

  • Products must be returned in 30 days 
  • Products must be undamaged, unworn and untouched
  • Earrings and bespoke items (including engraved items) cannot be returned
  • The Items must be returned with all paperwork (certificates etc) it was sent with
  • The items must be in the exact state that it was given to (no missing stones, no alterations etc)

Please note that if the original certificate has been lost, we hold the right to charge £300 as a replacement fee.

Bespoke Items can be exchanged with 30 days but will not be refunded. Please note that there may be a stocking in fee which is the managers discretion.

Returning the item(s)

You can return the goods either in person (to the store) or via delivery. It is important that you contact us before sending any items back, please follow these steps;

Once you have contacted a member of our team, please place the item in the original packaging, with the original diamond certificate.

Please return the items to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a member of staffs name on the package. You must send us the tracking number once it has been posted.

We reserve the right to not accept the item if the steps have not been followed.
