⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Stephen at Hatton Garden Diamond! After visiting several jewellers around Hatton Garden, Stephen was an absolute breath of fresh air! Unfortunately, we found that a number of other shops spent more time belittling their competitors and making other jewellers seem inferior than actually offering genuine advice. Stephen was completely different. With over 50 years of experience in the diamond industry, he saw straight through all of that and offered us nothing but honest, professional and knowledgeable advice. There was absolutely no pressure, no sales tactics and certainly no need to criticise anyone else. Just genuine expertise from someone who clearly knows his trade inside out. Stephen took the time to explain everything properly, answered all our questions and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. It’s very rare these days to come across someone with that level of experience, honesty and integrity. If you’re visiting Hatton Garden looking for diamonds, I would strongly recommend speaking to Stephen before going anywhere else. Thank you again, Stephen. Huge shoutout and a massive thank you to Mitchell at Hatton Garden Diamond. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and really made sure I was looked after. The engagement ring turned out absolutely magnificent, and my fiancée honestly can’t stop getting compliments on it everywhere she goes. I took a photograph of my design to Dazzle Diamonds. A very helpful gentleman, Mr Jaleel assured me he would be able to create my design. A deposit was paid and a few days later a sample was produced. Four weeks later I was able to collect the finished product and my daughter was delighted with her birthday present. Fantastic experience from start to finish! The shop itself is beautiful, and the staff made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through choosing the perfect engagement ring. When the ring arrived, I was absolutely over the moon with it! Swilly Swilly Swilly! Wow wow wow, was unsure on what to expect when I started to look for engagement rings. Went in to see Swilly and was the best decision we’ve made, from start to finish he was amazing. The most perfect ring and his help throughout was 10/10.
