I would certainly recommend Hatton Garden Diamond if you are looking for a bespoke engagement ring. The final ring was beautiful and HGD managed to produce this within my tight timelines! Shahina's service was fantastic - she helped me through each step of the process and was exceptionally responsive. I was able to see numerous stones and rings, which was a great help in finalising my bespoke design. This was all done without any feeling of pressure or stress

5 out of 5 — I cannot recommend this store enough After visiting a couple of other stores in the area and being completely unimpressed, I decided to have a look at Hatton Garden Diamond — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I received a genuinely first-class service from Swillman. He talked me through the different diamond options, settings and bands in great detail, explaining everything clearly without ever putting me under any pressure to buy. I had found a diamond and setting I really liked and was working to a fairly tight timeframe. This was no issue at all for Swillman, who reassured me that the ring could be completed in time — and it was actually ready a few days earlier than requested. When I returned a couple of days later to pay the deposit, the experience was just as good. Swillman’s patience, professionalism and knowledge really stood out. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with a pushy salesperson; the whole process felt genuine, transparent and completely focused on finding the right ring. Around 10 days later, I returned to collect the ring in time for our holiday. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who served me, but once again the service was fantastic. The lifetime service and care package included with the ring is also a fantastic added bonus. Overall, I cannot thank the team enough, especially Swillman, for making what could have been a very stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience. I would genuinely recommend Hatton Garden Diamond to anyone looking for an engagement ring. I’m already looking forward to returning for our wedding bands!
