Huge shoutout and a massive thank you to Mitchell at Hatton Garden Diamond. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and really made sure I was looked after. The engagement ring turned out absolutely magnificent, and my fiancée honestly can’t stop getting compliments on it everywhere she goes. I took a photograph of my design to Dazzle Diamonds. A very helpful gentleman, Mr Jaleel assured me he would be able to create my design. A deposit was paid and a few days later a sample was produced. Four weeks later I was able to collect the finished product and my daughter was delighted with her birthday present. Fantastic experience from start to finish! The shop itself is beautiful, and the staff made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through choosing the perfect engagement ring. When the ring arrived, I was absolutely over the moon with it! Swilly Swilly Swilly! Wow wow wow, was unsure on what to expect when I started to look for engagement rings. Went in to see Swilly and was the best decision we’ve made, from start to finish he was amazing. The most perfect ring and his help throughout was 10/10. This turned out not to just be the purchase of a ring, as i expected it to be, instead it was a wonderful part of the whole wedding experience. We were made to feel so special by Mitchell (or should I say Swilly) and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we must have tried on about 1000 rings before we found the perfect one! This is my first (and hopefully my last) engagement ring purchase so I was relying on Mitchell expertise, and I was super impressed by his knowledge and understanding of not only the products but our situation too. After browsing all jewellers available in London, I went ahead with Hatton Garden Diamond and I am seriously blown away by the level of service they provided! I was well looked after by Zeff who provided in depth explanations of the ring and was so lovely to me and partner! The engagement ring itself is absolutely beautiful and the level of craftsmanship is exceptional. You cannot go wrong with them!
