Returns & Refund Policy

At Hatton Garden Diamond, we are immensely proud of our workshop and the quality of the stunning diamond jewellery that comes out of it. Our wide range of jewellery, including engagement rings crafted using ethically sourced or lab grown diamonds, are loved by customers from around the world.

However, if you are not 100% happy with what you have ordered, please read the following;

  • Products must be returned within 30 days
  • Products must be undamaged, unworn and untouched
  • Earrings and bespoke items (including engraved items) cannot be returned
  • Items must be returned with all paperwork (certificates etc) that it was sent with
  • Items must be in the exact state that it was given to (no missing stones, no alterations etc)
  • Please note that if the original certificate has been lost, we hold the right to charge £300 as a replacement fee.

Returning the item(s)
You can return the goods either in person (to the store) or via delivery. It is important that you contact us before sending any items back.
